Christmas Cheer

On the sore spot report:

Our sore spot caller says that from Blackpoint hill to Estate Hope on Fortuna Road someone tossed their trash – a lot of rash. We need these islands in pristine condition, can we please get Fortuna Road cleaned up.

Keep it Safe!

Christmas is nearly here. The fire service reminds you to keep your Christmas decorations safe. Make sure you have a smoke detector. Don’t use lightweight extension cords, rather use a multi-outlet power strip with a circuit breaker. Cover open electrical outlets with caps. Be careful with nails and staples around electrical wires and turn off the lights when you are out of the house or asleep. Be careful with candles and make sure you have a fire extinguisher on hand.

Best Wishes and New Ideas

Housing Parks and Recreation dispensed with the traditional department Christmas party. Instead they are going to give toys to the children at the Women’s Resource Center. Commissioner Hobson and the whole department wish you a Merry Christmas filled with the spirit of love. Dept. of Mental Health remind you to keep it alcohol and drug free. Fill your holiday with the spirit of the times not the spirit in a bottle.
