Everyone in St. Thomas was happy to accommodate the President here for a vacation. Many locals went on “President watching” excursions. Bill Arnett was lucky enough to find the First Family at Zorba’s Greek restaurant located on Government Hill.
The Clintons were staying at the beautiful Sand Dollar Villa on Magens Bay.
