How Many Storms?

Tomorrow is the first day of Hurricane Season – Vinnie Mohanani says Red Cross is ready to aid you if we have another storm. Are you ready? Do you have – batteries, food stocks, spare water jugs and a working radio? Oh, and take a few minutes this weekend to to test your generator.

Who are the hospitality heros? Dr. Edgell Commissioner of Tourism says “A hero is someone who has disregarded his or her own ambitions to pursue the needs of others even though the odds are sometimes insurmountable.” At the close of Tourism month, the Department honored the people it calls the heros of our tourism industry.

Remember, It’s your good news. You tell us. We’ll tell everyone.
